  1. Do something creative. She'll likely appreciate creativity more than something cliched. Although she is a woman...

  3. If you're going to get her roses, DO IT NOW, reserve roses @ a decent florist. Don't expect them to last, though -- florists use weird tricks to preserve roses for Valentine's Day, hopefully you know a reputable florist who's not going to sell you a bouquet for $40+ and then your GF has it die and fall apart one day later!!!

  6. what kind of newspaper comics does she like? If she likes Calvin and Hobbes, you could get her a book collection at Barnes or something. Everyone loves Calvin and Hobbes.

  7. A huge teddy bear, with flowers and helium filled ballons in the shape of a heart.
That's what my gf enjoys, however she behaves like a little girl, so I don't know what mature people would like.

  8. Silver jewelry is always relevant. No only it is really pretty, but it's a symbol of purity. It hurts vampires and werewolves, keeps the EVIL at bay, and is pretty much awesome.

So: a silver pendant or a bracelet, nuff said

  22. Just because its valentines day doesn't mean you have to do something special, that should be everyday.

  23. Flowers are good but you need something more creative. A card with some nice writing in it has enough of a cute edge to reduce the thought you need to put into other things...

  24. JEWELERY. Just not a ring, she might get the wrong idea.

  25. A bouquet of her favorite flower (or just roses) sounds good enough. Enjoy!
